Calm Mom 30-Day Refund Policy

At Calm Mom, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Refunds & Returns

Because our products are custom-packed and prepared in advance, we do not typically offer refunds for processed orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Damaged and/or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@mycalmmom.com. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund. You must notify us of the damage or defect within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please provide the following when contacting us:

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product.

We may require the return of the damaged product for inspection so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at contact@mycalmmom.com. Exchanges will be processed after we have received and inspected the original item.

Refund of Damaged or Defective Products Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card provider for further assistance.
