Shipping policy
Calm Mom ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding any statutory or United States federal holidays. We strive to process orders within 3 business days, but please note that depending on weather delays, high volume, or order-related issues, there may be some delays. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped by the courier, a tracking number will be sent to your email, allowing you to track your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

Lost or Stolen Packages

After Delivery: Calm Mom is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the courier has confirmed delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly.
Shipping Delays
